About this build
Set against a backdrop of coconut groves, this residence pairs Kerala's traditional layered tile roofs with a modern, open-plan interior organised around a central courtyard.
Jaali screens filter western light into the living pavilion while cross-ventilated bedrooms keep the home cool without air conditioning for most of the year.
