This page is maintained by UrbanEarth Realty. It is not a substitute for the sale agreement, allotment letter, design contract or work order that governs an actual transaction.
2. What this website is
The website is an information and enquiry platform for UrbanEarth Realty's four lines of business — Apartments, Homes, Villas and Interiors — together with allied services such as construction, architecture, home automation, home theatre and home-loan assistance.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer, allotment, reservation or guarantee of sale. Listings, availability, unit numbers, configurations, facings and pricing are indicative and change with demand and project progress. A booking exists only when a written agreement is executed and payment is received and acknowledged by us.
3. Project information, plans and imagery
- Renders, walkthroughs, elevation images, landscaping visuals and interior photographs are artistic impressions for illustration; the delivered product may differ.
- Floor plans, carpet/built-up areas, plot dimensions and amenity lists are subject to design development, sanction changes and statutory approvals.
- Approval, RERA registration and khata/title status is stated as at the time of publishing. Buyers should independently verify the current status with the relevant authority and their own advisors before committing funds.
- Timelines, possession dates and construction-progress updates are estimates and may shift for reasons including approvals, supply and weather.
4. Pricing, quotes and calculators
Prices shown on property and service pages are indicative starting prices and exclude, unless expressly stated, statutory charges such as GST, stamp duty, registration, khata transfer, deposits, and any charges for optional upgrades. Interior cost calculators and construction cost estimators on this site produce indicative budget ranges from the inputs you provide — they are planning aids, not quotations. A binding price is issued only in a written quotation or agreement signed by an authorised UrbanEarth representative.
5. Enquiries and how we contact you
When you submit an enquiry you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that the phone number and email address are yours. You consent to being contacted by our team by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email in relation to that enquiry, including if your number is registered on a do-not-disturb list. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
Where you ask us to help with a home loan, legal opinion, architectural design, execution or vendor supply, that work may be carried out by partner banks, professionals or contractors on their own terms. We introduce and coordinate; we do not underwrite their approvals, decisions or timelines. Loan eligibility, interest rates and sanction remain entirely with the lender.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading or third-party contact details, or use the enquiry forms for spam or automated submissions.
- Do not attempt to access staff portals, admin panels, internal APIs, databases or any account that is not yours.
- Do not scrape, mirror, resell or republish listings, project content, pricing, plans or imagery without our written permission.
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site, or upload anything malicious.
8. Staff, partner and portal accounts
Portal access is issued to UrbanEarth staff and authorised partners only. Account holders are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for the activity carried out under their login, and for using customer data only for the purpose it was collected. Access is role-restricted, activity is audit-logged, and accounts may be suspended or removed at our discretion — including on role change or exit.
9. Intellectual property
The UrbanEarth Realty name, brand names, logos, site design, written content, plans, renders and photography are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution and a link. All other use requires our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on indicative information such as availability, timelines, calculator outputs or pricing shown on the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here reduces the rights and remedies set out in a signed sale, design or construction agreement — those documents prevail over this page for the transaction they cover.
11. Grievances and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution mechanism prescribed under RERA or agreed in a signed contract.

We may update these terms as our projects, services and obligations evolve. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
